Room accommodation, walk-ins and day tour visits are subject to availability. Please check with us.
Direct Booking Downpayment
When booking directly with us via phone, email, or social media (Facebook, Instagram), you can enjoy rates lower than those offered on other online channels due to additional fees.
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% downpayment of the total price.
Downpayment must be paid via cash, bank transfer or GCash within 20 days of booking request. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your booking.
Website Booking via Third Party Payment (Debit or Credit Card)
Full payment is required via a third-party (PayPal) processing method. A processing fee will be added to the rates.
Cancellation Policy For Individual or Group
No Show = 100% of total amount
Accommodation Day = 80%
7 Days Prior to Accommodation Day = 50%
20 Days Prior to Accommodation Day = 0
Check-in: 2 PM (Accommodation prior to this time cannot be assured)
